Service Review
We review the level of service provided in relation to the desired levels of service that have been agreed. We involve customers in this review to ensure we obtain current feedback and to demonstrate transparency about our service achievement. Other interested stakeholders are also involved.
To sustain efficient ways of working, teams should be encouraged to embed Service Review activities in the scope of other scheduled events. For example, we have observed that Scrum teams that have responsibility for service delivery often include service review data in their sprint reviews.
